Privacy policy
How RJ Webworks LLC handles personal information — both for buyers who open an account here, and for consumers who submit a form on one of our campaign landing pages.
Last updated September 9, 2026
RJ Lead Group is a brand of RJ Webworks LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy describes what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to rjleadgroup.com, to the buyer dashboard, and to the consumer-facing landing pages we operate for our advertising campaigns.
1. Two audiences, two data flows
Buyers. Insurance agents and agencies who register, order, and use the dashboard and CRM.
Consumers. Individuals who respond to one of our advertisements and submit a form requesting information about insurance products, or who call one of our tracking numbers.
2. Information we collect
From buyers
- Name, business name, email address, phone number, NPN.
- Order criteria: verticals, states, age ranges, volume, exclusivity.
- Payment and invoicing information processed through our billing provider.
- Dashboard activity: orders, deliveries, replacement flags, calls and recordings associated with your account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed.
From consumers on our landing pages
- Name, date of birth, phone number, email address, postal address, and the answers given on the form (for example coverage amount, tobacco use, branch of service, household size, mortgage balance).
- Consent records, including a TrustedForm certificate capturing IP address, timestamp, page URL and a replay of the form session.
- Campaign attribution: the ad, campaign, keyword or placement that produced the visit.
- For calls: the calling number, call time, duration, routing outcome and a recording of the call.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records on our lead forms.
3. How we use information
- To operate the site, the dashboard, the CRM and our call routing.
- To generate, qualify, deliver and support the leads and calls we sell.
- To process orders, invoices, balances and replacements.
- To contact buyers about their accounts, orders and deliveries by phone, SMS and email.
- To connect consumers who requested information with licensed insurance agents and marketing partners, which is the stated purpose of the form they submitted.
- To maintain consent records, suppression lists, fraud controls and audit trails.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
4. How we share information
Consumer information is shared with licensed insurance agents, agencies and marketing partners who purchase it, consistent with the express written consent the consumer provided at the time of submission.
We also share information with service providers who work on our behalf:
- Hosting and database infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase).
- Telephony and messaging (Twilio).
- Consent certification (ActiveProspect / TrustedForm).
- Email delivery, invoicing and payment processing.
- Advertising platforms for campaign measurement.
We disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights. If our business or its assets are acquired, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell buyer account information. Consumer lead information is sold to licensed agents as described above, which constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws. Consumers may opt out at any time — see Your choices, below.
5. Call recording
Inbound calls placed to our tracking numbers are recorded for quality assurance, dispute resolution and billing verification. Callers are notified at the start of the call. Buyers taking calls through our infrastructure consent to recording and are responsible for any additional disclosure their own jurisdiction requires.
6. Your choices
Consumers
- Do not sell or share. Email legal@rjwebworks.com with the phone number and email address you submitted, and we will add you to our internal do-not-sell suppression list.
- Access, correction and deletion. Request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We verify requests before acting on them.
- Do not call. Ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list. We also scrub against federal and state DNC registries.
- Opt out of SMS. Reply STOP to any message.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. We honor these requests from residents of any state. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Buyers
You can update your account details in the dashboard or by contacting us. Account and transaction records are retained as described below even after an account closes.
7. Retention
- Consent records and TrustedForm certificates: retained for at least five years, which is the period over which TCPA claims are typically asserted.
- Call recordings: retained for at least 12 months.
- Suppression and do-not-sell entries: retained indefinitely, because deleting them would defeat their purpose.
- Buyer account and transaction records: retained as required for tax, accounting and dispute resolution.
8. Security
We use encrypted transport, access controls, row-level security on our databases and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for measuring advertising performance. Our campaign landing pages include advertising platform pixels used to optimize and attribute ad spend. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may break parts of the dashboard.
10. Third-party sites
This site links to third-party services, including our dashboard host and our invoicing provider. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
