FAQ
The questions agents actually ask.
Answered at the length the question deserves rather than in one evasive sentence. If yours is not here, call us — the number in the footer reaches a person.
How fast do I get leads after ordering?
Real-time records land in under 60 seconds from the moment the prospect submits — into your CRM seat, or pushed to GoHighLevel, Ringy, HubSpot or any webhook endpoint, with email and SMS as fallback.
Delivery starts once funds clear. Aged orders ship within a few hours of that.
What proof of consent comes with each lead?
A TrustedForm certificate URL ships as a field on every record. It captures the IP address, the timestamp, the page the prospect was on, and a replay of the form session, held by ActiveProspect independently of us.
That is the artifact your compliance department asks for by name. Full consent documentation is available on request under NDA for volume buyers.
What happens if a lead is bad?
Flag it in the dashboard with a reason code within 72 hours. Five reasons qualify: disconnected or invalid number, duplicate within 60 days, outside your age range, outside your states, or wrong vertical.
Approved replacements ship free and are capped at 20% of order volume.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final and no cash refunds are issued on delivered leads or completed calls. Leads are perishable inventory generated to order — once delivered they cannot be recalled or resold.
Replacements are the remedy, and the policy governing them is published in full rather than kept in a sales conversation.
Where do the leads come from?
Our own Meta and Google ad accounts, driving to our own landing pages on our own domains, with our own consent flow. RJ Webworks is the media buyer, not a reseller sitting between you and a publisher.
That is the entire reason the price is lower. There is no publisher markup because there is no publisher.
Which CRMs do you deliver to, and what's the included CRM?
We push to GoHighLevel, Ringy, HubSpot, and anything that accepts a webhook. Email and SMS run as fallback so a broken integration never costs you a lead.
Standing-order buyers also get a free seat in our own CRM: pipeline, dialer integration, an automated speed-to-lead text on delivery, and full call history. It's $49/mo on its own.
What are aged leads and who should buy them?
Records 45 days or older, sold in dated buckets rather than an undifferentiated pile: 45–90 days at $6, 91–180 at $3, and 181+ at $1.50. You always know the age of what you bought.
They reward dialer capacity. If you have one agent and two hours a day, buy real-time instead — aged will waste the hours you do have.
How do live inbound calls work and how are they billed?
A prospect responding to our ad calls a tracking number and lands in our phone system, which routes them to your agents on the availability and per-agent rules you set. Every call is recorded.
Calls are $45, the current market price, and bill only after 10 seconds connected. Duplicate callers inside 30 days are not billed, and non-qualifying calls are credited on review of the recording.
Which states and verticals do you cover?
All 50 states. You specify your state set on the order, and records outside it are an eligible replacement reason.
Eight verticals at launch: final expense, veteran, Medicare, mortgage protection, IUL, health and ACA, Spanish, and general life. We run paid acquisition outside insurance too, so ask about custom verticals.
