Live inbound calls
A data file cannot pick up the phone.
Every competitor in this price tier sells records. Almost none of them run their own call infrastructure. We route live callers through phone systems RJ Webworks owns and operates — with a dashboard, recordings, and a billing threshold that protects you from junk.
The path of a call
Four steps, start to recording.
01
Our ad, our number.
The prospect sees a campaign we bought and calls a tracking number that belongs to us. There is no form, no callback queue and no waiting for someone to pick up a data record.
02
The call enters our system.
Owned Twilio infrastructure, not a reseller's dialer. The call is identified by campaign, vertical and state before it ever rings a phone.
03
Your roster rings.
We route to your agents using the assignment rules, availability windows and concurrency limits you set in the dashboard. Unavailable agents are skipped, not rung and dropped.
04
You talk. We record.
The full recording, duration, caller number and campaign attribution land on your dashboard while the call is still connected.

Sample — fictional data
Sample state shown with fictional data. The billing bar fills to the 10-second threshold before a call becomes billable.
What you control
Routing is yours, not ours.
This is the part vendors reselling someone else's call flow cannot give you, because they do not own the switch.
Per-agent routing
Assign calls by agent, by vertical, or by state set. Weighted distribution if you want your closer taking more.
Availability windows
Hours per agent, per day. Outside the window an agent is skipped instead of rung.
Concurrency control
Cap how many simultaneous calls your account will take, so you never hold a caller you cannot answer.
Recordings on every call
Attached to the call record, retained and available for QA and for credit review.
Live dashboard
Calls in progress, duration, billable state, agent status and history in one view.
Duplicate suppression
The same caller inside 30 days is routed but not billed.
Pricing
One price per call.
$45
per billable call
Current market price. Subject to change — we will tell you before it does, and never mid-order.
We fund the media and take the risk on the ad account. You pay only for calls that clear the 10-second connected threshold — misdials and instant hangups cost you nothing.
If you would rather fund your own campaign budget and pay a management percentage on top, we do that too. Cost per call floats with performance, which can beat the flat rate and can also run above it on a bad week. Ask about it.

Live calls run on final expense, Medicare and Spanish today. Veteran and mortgage protection call campaigns are in build. We would rather tell you a vertical is not live yet than route you a thin call and bill for it.
